TORRE ALTAVISTA is a residential fully furnished rental apartments complex located in Tegucigalpa Loma Linda Norte neighborhood which is among the best residential neighborhoods of the capital. For its location on the top of Loma Linda hill, TORRE ALTAVISTA enjoys the best panoramic view of the city of Tegucigalpa.
TORRE ALTAVISTA Complex, is composed of a fourteen-storey tower and a seven-storey building. Both buildings are interconnected by a lower level of parking area and miscelaneous utilities and the upper level housing the complex common facilities and gardens. At this level there is the swimming pool with the gazebo, the Spa which includes gym, massage room, Sauna, Steam Bath , the Social Club with its terrace and gardens, the building lobbies and the Administration and Maintenance offices.
Together the two buildings give the option to rent three different types of apartment: One bedroom and a studio executive apartment; Three bedroom apartment and Two bedroom and a studio apartment. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, bed linings, towels, 2 flat screen TVs, cookware and dinnerware and are ready to be occupied immediately.
